She has spent that career doing one thing well: helping small business owners get HR off their plate so they can put their energy back into running the business.
That career took shape inside manufacturing, aerospace, and skilled trades companies, workplaces where solid HR isn’t a nice extra, it’s what keeps operations compliant, productive, and staffed with people who stick around. Monica knows firsthand the specific pressure points small and growing businesses in these industries run into, because she’s worked through them from the inside.
She backs that experience with a Master’s degree in HR Law and the SHRM-SCP, Senior Certified Professional credential, one of the field’s top designations. Having both the legal training and the strategic side means clients aren’t just getting advice that sounds reasonable. They’re getting guidance built to actually hold up.
Her philosophy is simple: business owners should get to run their business, and she’ll run the HR side of it.
